Terms and Conditions For Our Cleaning Services

IB Cleaning Services Ltd is Registered in England & Wales under company number 11610379 at our Registered Office at 24 Wood End Way, Northolt, Middlesex, UB5 4QQ.
By placing an order either over the phone, email or web site, customer has verbal or written agreement, and is bound to IB Cleaning Services Terms and Conditions
IB Cleaning Services Ltd agrees to perform the work specified by the Client in professional manner using every care to accomplish a satisfactory service.

Our Quotations and Prices

All of the Prices given on the Phone and via Email are Listed on our Website and are Valid only for the respective size of the Property or how much time it will take.
Our Prices Include Material and Equipment usage. Parking and Congestion Charges may apply.
The Client must give access to Electricity and Hot Water to the cleaners.
We have a Minimum Charge of £50 for Carpet Cleaning and Upholstery Cleaning Services. A Minimum of 2 Hours for End of Tenancy Cleaning.
If you require the Key to be collected or Returned to a different address we charge an additional £10.
Depending on the Size of the Property, How Dirty it is and Work Required we may need to change the Price.

END OF TENANCY CLEANING AND AFTER BUILDERS CLEANING

  • IB Cleaning Services Ltd has the right to amend the initial quotation, should the client’s original requirements change due to incomplete or incorrect given information. Differences in the price will be included to the initial quotation.
  • The standard End of Tenancy cleaning does not include cleaning walls, ceilings, curtains, balconies, patios, exterior windows, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. All of the services mentioned above, excluding walls, ceiling cleaning are obtained with an extra charge. If the Client insists on cleaning of walls and ceilings then there will be an extra charge and IB Cleaning Services Ltd cannot be held responsible for any unsuccessful results or any damage caused to the paintwork
  • In order to begin work the property must be vacated.
  • If an IB Cleaning Services Ltd operative needs to collect keys from a third party’s address outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be done, then a £10.00 charge will be applied.
  • If the Client requires cleaning service after building work has been done recently then a 10% from the standard End of Tenancy Cleaning quote will be added since it may take more time.
  • IB Cleaning Services Ltd will not be responsible for triggering any sort of alarm system. The Client is required to give specific instructions to activate and deactivate any household alarm systems.
  • Badly neglected homes may take up to three times longer than a well maintained home requiring general cleaning. In this case the price may change.

ONE-OFF CLEANING (DEEP HOUSE CLEANING)

  • IB Cleaning Services Ltd has the right to change the initial quotation, should the client’s original requirements change due to incomplete or incorrect initial information. Differences in the price will be added to the initial quotation.
  • The standard One-Off cleaning (Deep Cleaning) does not include cleaning of walls, ceilings, curtains, balconies, patios, exterior windows, carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning. All of the services mentioned above, excluding walls, ceiling cleaning are obtained with an extra charge. If the Client insists on cleaning of walls and ceilings then there will be an extra charge and IB Cleaning Services Ltd cannot be held responsible for any unsuccessful results or any damage caused to the paint work.
  • If IB Cleaning Services Ltd operative needs to collect keys from a third party’s address outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be done then a £10.00 charge will be applied.
  • Please be insured that a one-off spring cleaning (deep cleaning) would take double the time required for a general cleaning. After Builders Cleaning, or negleted properties may take up to three times longer than a well conditioned home requiring general cleaning.
  • IB Cleaning Services Ltd will not be responsible for triggering any alarm systems. The Client should give specific instructions to activate and deactivate any sort of household alarm system.

CARPET AND UPHOLSTERY STEAM CLEANING

  • IB Cleaning Services Ltd has the right to change the initial quotation, should the client’s original requirements change due to incomplete or incorrect initial information. Differences in the price will be added to the initial quotation.
  • If an IB Cleaning Services Ltd operative needs to collect keys from a third party’s address outside the postal code of the premises where work is to be done then a £10.00 charge will be applied.
  • There is a minimum charge of £50 for Steam Carpet Cleaning.
  • The Client must understand that in some cases his or her carpets cannot be cleaned and look exactly as they were new because of old or permanent damage like stains which cannot be fully removed using IB Cleaning Service’s carpet cleaning equipment and products (our carpet cleaners use the latest technology and chemicals of PROCHEM). Situations when such damage like stains occur must not be seen as unsuccessful and a full payment for the job should be made.
  • IB Cleaning Services Ltd will not be responsible for triggering any sort of alarm system. The Client should give instructions to activate and deactivate any household alarm system.
  • Please be insured that the carpet should be well mounted to the floor or else we cannot accept responsibility if it gets wrinkly.

PAYMENTS

  • Payment is requested on completion on the day of the cleaning session.
  • Payment can be done in cash on completion of the service.
  • Bank Transfer via Proforma Invoice. This will be required to be Paid in Full on the Cleaning Day.
  • Payment can be done with card over the phone. IB Clean will not share the customer’s card details with a third party.
  • Customer should understand that any late payments may be leading to additional charges.
  • If a payment is not done after 30 days of receiving the invoice then the account will be given to our collections agency, then a charge of 15% on top of the initial invoice due will be added to the debt. You agree as part of this contract to pay this sum which represents our reasonable costs in collecting the unpaid amounts.

COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

  • The customer accepts and understands that poor service, breakage, damage or theft must be reported within 24 hours from the service date. Failure to do so will entitle customer to no refunds or recovery cleanings. No claims can be made against IB Cleaning Services Ltd after the time limit.
  • In case of poor service IB Cleaning Services Ltd will rectify problems arising as a result of its work. If the Client is not fully happy with the outcome of the work then IB Cleaning Services Cleaners must come back and re-do the job free of charge, otherwise no refund can be given.
  • If the Client or his or her representative confirm that they are happy with the achieved job, this will be claimed as a successful/completed job and no further claims can be made
  • IB Clean requires the presence of the customer or his or hers representative at the start and end of the cleaning session as an inspection can happen to suggest any corrections which are required to be made on the same day.
  • If the customer has scheduled an inventory check then it must be scheduled to begin no later than 24 hours after the cleaning job has taken place, and reported to us no later than 48h.
  • IB Clean could take up to 7 working days to respond to any sort of complaint.
  • IB Clean will not accept any sort of complaint based on an Inventory check report, filed more than 48-hour after the cleaning session took place.
  • Complaints are accepted over the phone and in writing such as a letter or email. Complaints require to be reported on completion or in the following 24-hour after the cleaning session took place.
  • All fragile items must be taken care of by the costumer. Items excluded from liability are: cash, jewellery and items of value (the customer will be credited with the items present cash value), art and antiques.
  • Key replacement and locksmith fees are paid only if keys are lost by our Cleaners. There is a £30 per household liability limit.
  • IB Clean agrees to keep all customers information private.
  • In case of damage, IB Clean will fix the damage. If the item cannot be restored(fixed) IB Clean will correct the problem by crediting the customer with the item’s actual cash value toward a replacement from a IB Clean source upon payment of cleaning services rendered.

Cancellation

  • A 48 hours notice will be required in case Customer wants to Cancel, Re-Schedule or Amend a Booking.
  • The Customer is required to pay £30 to Cancel or Re-Schedule less than 48 hours prior to the Scheduled Appointment.
  • Customer is required to pay £50 as a cancellation fee in case if: Builders are still in the property, Property is full with staff, no one home with no access to enter the property, Lack of Water or Power or even problem with customer’s keys.
  • The cleaners are in any way Abused or Discriminated against.
  • The customer has Misrepresented any Facts or Information about the Property.
  • The Property Condition is poor to the Health and Well-being of our Cleaners.

Insurance

  • IB Cleaning Services Ltd has Employer & Public Liability Insurance, The Policy Covers any Accidental or unintentional Damage caused by Us. If Valid and Reported on Completion of the Clean Session.
  • IB Cleaning Services Ltd has the right to Refuse and share any of the Company’s personal Information.
  • In case of accidental damage or breakage worth less than £250 IB Cleaning Ltd takes full responsibility to repair or replace the damaged item. Please be insured that IB Cleaning Ltd has to be notified within 24 hours and no claims can be made against IB Cleaning Ltd after the 24 hours time limit expires. Damages worth less than £250 are not covered by our insurance but by IB Cleaning Services Ltd.
  • The Client should be at his or her full awareness that in case of damage or breakage caused by representatives of IB Cleaning Services Ltd has to be reported immediately or no later than 24 hrs after the service has been performed and finished.
  • The Client must provide IB Cleaning Services Ltd with all required information regarding accidental damage caused by our Cleaners.

IB Cleaning Services Ltd reserves the right not to be responsible for:

  • Delay for a cleaning session due to traffic jams or equipment failure.
  • Lack of hot water or electricity.
  • Carrying out Tasks which are not covered in our Checklist.
  • For work not finished, or not finished to a good standard if the client, other people and trades men are working or present in the property when our cleaners are carrying out the Cleaning Session.
  • Where discolouring of fabric becoming more visible since dirt has been removed.
  • Failing to remove old or permanent stains, using standard carpet cleaning methods.
  • Accidental damage to windows or articles of glass china porcelain earthenware stone or other articles of a brittle condition.
  • Any accidental damages, breakages or poor service by our cleaners if the Client decides to contact our operatives directly instead of IB Cleaning Services Ltd with regards to these issues.

IB Cleaning Services Ltd reserves the right to make any changes to any part of these Terms and Conditions without giving any prior notice. Please check this website for updates. By ordering IB Cleaning Services by telephone, e-mail, or website the Client agrees to be bound by IB Cleaning Services Terms and Conditions.
